Arthur Alsop and Nicholas Walker specialise in Artisan Cheese making at their Factory in East Sussex, Aiming to produce a complete cheese board of hand made cheese that will do everything from introducing the youngest in our family to satisfying the adults.
You will always find that their cheeses have their own special flavour texture and character.

Lighthouse bakery
A small, artisan bakery situated near Bodiam castle. All their bread is made using traditional methods. They hand-mould each individual loaf and use long fermentation times to develop the full flavour of the dough. They do not use any artificial enhancers or chemical improvers.

F.J. Jarvis & Son
F. J. Jarvis family butchers based in Etchingham & Burwash since 1870. Nigel Jarvis prides himself with his specialist knowledge, locally sourced product and his home cured sausages which are second to none.

Chapman’s of Sevenoaks
Chapman’s have forged strong local partnerships that enables them to buy some of the best day boat catches along the Kent and Sussex coast, from Whitstable round to Brighton, allowing them to provide superior quality, locally sourced fish, fresh from the boats. This approach means that their local fish is and will keep longer than most market fish, whilst reducing food miles and improving the traceability.

Northiam Farm Dairy
This farm-based dairy is situated in the parish of Northiam, on the border between Kent and Sussex.
They only use milk from cows living in Sussex or Kent. Most coming from their own cows, the balance is sourced direct from neighbouring farms.
They have been processing milk since the early 1980’s. Northiam Farm Dairy produces the finest dairy products in a professional fashion. Our current range consists of fresh milk, fresh cream, various live yoghurts, crème fraiche, soft cheese and other cultured milks.

Foxy’s Bodiam Ice cream
The Ice Cream is handmade daily by Foxy and Rob, in the tiny village of Bodiam (famous for The National Trust Castle). The main ingredients are sourced locally…Northiam Dairy supply the Cream and Milk and ‘seasonal freshly picked fruit’ is supplied by Maynards of Ticehurst…literally a stones throw from The Bell.

Their are no colourings and additives in the Ice Cream and the only preservative is Great British Sugar.
